Legal Information of Journale The Services are provided by the developer of Journale, hereinafter “Journale”. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share your information when using our services, including the mobile app, web platform, and any other Journale tool. Privacy Principles Since the design of Journale, the protection of your information has been a priority. We have implemented strong principles to ensure: We store the content published in the app on servers with world-standard security protections. We offer you control over your information, allowing you to decide what you share and with whom, as well as letting you delete it whenever you want. Information We Collect Information You Provide: Account data: When registering, you must provide your phone number, username, and optionally, profile picture and additional information. Content: All images, videos or texts you share through posts are securely stored. Digital newspapers, hereinafter “posts”: You can create, request to join or be invited to posts. Posts include name, description and image. Optional Information: Location: With your permission, you can share your location for contextual features. Support: If you contact our team, we might request relevant information to assist you (email, logs, problem description). Information Collected Automatically Usage and Activity: We collect usage data to improve the app (frequency, session duration, interactions). Device and Connection: Includes device model, operating system, IP, carrier, time zone and language. Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your session active and personalize your experience. Third-Party Information We may receive information about you through: Other users: Who share content with you or add you to a post.
